Erja Klemola
Culture & Change Consulting Lead, Senior Manager, EY

Erja Klemola leads the Culture & Change Consulting competence at EY Advisory. Her role in culture and transformation leadership involves leading clients' change experiences but also acting as the hiring manager and leading a team. Erja works on organizational transformations, building cultures in for example M&A situations as well as supporting executives with people analytics.

She’s known as the Butterfly Effect, because she will flap her wings as long as it takes to create a movement.

Mary Waweru
CEO and Founder, Crest Impact

Mary is a leading voice with over 2.5 million impressions in the past year on LinkedIn where she has built a strong following educating people on anti-racism, diversity, equity and inclusion, inclusive communications, social impact and colonialism / neo-colonialism. Her career started with gender equity work back home in Kenya, which led to meeting and advising representatives in Kenya’s parliament and Kenya’s High Commission in the UK. She recently left Wunderman Thompson where she worked as the Global Project Manager for Content Maintenance with her main projects being Nokia’s websites (Nokia.com and the Nokia Foundation). Her other clients at the agency included Volvo, DELL Technologies and Nokian Tyres.

Mary’s full focus now is with Crest Impact where she is guiding organisations to build safe and inclusive cultures, practices, policies, and communications. She has facilitated diversity training workshops, designed and delivered anti-racism and DEI courses online, in-person and internationally. Mary has also spoken at international panels and worked with global clients including Unity Technologies, Aiven and Sharetribe. Her social impact work has seen her partner with higher education institutions like Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and is set to mentor students at Åbo Akademi University in the Social Exclusion Master’s degree programme.

Takura Matswetu
Chief Specialist, Migration Affairs Unit, Business Helsinki

Takura is the Chairperson for the Nordic Migrants Expert Forum, whose task is to bring expertise and insights into the challenges faced by internationals and solutions available to public authorities and other stakeholders in integration in the Nordic Region. Currently he works as one of the Chief Specialists in Business Helsinki’s Migration Affairs Unit. He has worked with migration and integration issues for more than 10 years both in Sweden and Finland for various organizations. He has a particular interest in developing customer/human centric services that are data driven and supported by technology.
